The Website of Cristin O'Keefe Aptowicz
The world lost a wonderful lady and Cristin lost a great friend when Mutter Museum Director Gretchen Worden passed away in August of 2004. Gretchen devoted her entire professional career to revitalizing the Mutter Museum and was instrumental in the creation of the Mütter, Cristin’s award-winning screenplay based on the life of the Mutter Museum founder, Dr. Thomas Dent Mutter. This September, the Mutter Museum will honor Gretchen’s memory with a new Gallery named in her honor and a wonderful new exhibition titled, “A Body of Parts.” Cristin will be in attendance for this gala opening as well as the silent auction of “Gretchenalia,” and encourages all people who live or will travel through Philadelphia to visit this exhibition and celebrate Gretchen’s amazing spirit.
