Cristin to Perform at the 2013 AWP Conference

For the third year in a row, Cristin will be attending and performing at the AWP Conference, which is being held this year in Boston. Cristin is honored to be on of four poets spotlighted in Taylor Mali’s PAGE MEETS STAGE reading. Cristin joins Martín Espada, Aimee Nezhukumatathil and Reginald Gibson at this unique show, which will be held in Room 306, Level 3 of the conference on Friday March 8th at 10:30am (for more information, please click here). Cristin will give a book signing at the Write Bloody Publishing table at the AWP Book Fair directly the reading at 12:30pm. Also on Friday, Cristin will be a featured reader at the Gulf Coast/Bat City Review event at the David Friend Recital Hall on Friday the 8th at 8:30pm, alongside some amazing poets, such as Jeffrey McDaniel, Matt Hart, Darcie Dennigan and Timothy Donnelly, among others. On Saturuday, Cristin will be co-hosting (with WB founder, Derrick Brown) and performing at the Write Bloody Publishing showcase on Saturday March 9th at 8pm. The show is being held at the Community Church of Boston, which includes such powerhouse WB poets a Buddy Wakefield, Anis Mojgani, Taylor Mali, Jeanann Verlee and Mindy Nettifee among others!
