Cristin to Perform at The Getty Center in LA

From the FB Event Page: “The Write Now Poetry Society presents an evening of poetry, music, magic and art at The Getty Center in Los Angeles in celebration of the new exhibit J.M.W. Turner: Painting Set Free. Contemporary poetry heartthrobs Anis Mojgani, Amber Tamblyn, Derrick Brown, Cristin O’Keefe Aptowicz, Idris Goodwin and Mindy Nettifee perform new work inspired by the art of J.M.W. Turner, whose visually stunning, heart-pounding exploration of the struggle with darkness came out of mastering light. Musical performance by Nick Thorburn (Islands) and magic performed by the incomparable Rob Zabrecky. FREE with ticket reservation. The event is May 2, 2015.
